The organization was created in 1977, when its founding partners responded to a strong client demand for cross border strategic acquisitions in Europe.
M&A International in the early 1980’s was among the first international buyer based , cross-European and trans-Atlantic organizations.
Until 1992 , we advised our strategic clients and provided them tangible results through our systematic search and negotiations programs with 24 associated offices.
In 1992 , in recognition of the single European market and its position in the world economy, a joint venture - was established with an American group specialized in representing medium sized North American firms-”seller based” creating an M&A consulting group with over 40 offices throughout the world, providing buyers and sellers worldwide the necessary interface to complete strategic deals.
With the growing needs of strategic alliances and the changes introduced by the internet evolution, a new Strategic Alliance was formed December 1999 and formalized as
INTERNATIONAL CORPORATE FINANCE GROUP I.C.F.G
I.C.F.G – has over -60 offices worldwide and more than 400 experienced senior M&A advisors.
